Strength & Conditioning is a field of training supporting athletes to train in environments outside of their sport in order to develop the required physical fitness to compete and advance in their pursuit.

Although knowledge on training techniques and methodologies have been around for some time and are ever developing, this information doesn’t readily filter down to recreational athletes and competitors.

I aim to bring this knowledge to those who play or compete in sport at a recreational level in order to help develop aspects of fitness which ultimate help improve performance in sport.

I offer in person as well as remote coaching for strength and conditioning training and can work with individuals, small groups, teams, adults and young people.
