The individualised programme is tailored directly to your goals and needs and is the premier option for remote coaching.

  • 1-3 sessions per week  £15 per week

  • 4-6 sessions per week £25 per week

Block Book 10 Weeks

  • 1-3 sessions per week £120 for 10 weeks

  • 4-6 sessions per week £200 for 10 weeks

I BUILD HUMANS - GROUP

Join others on the same programme of training. Why not sign up with your friends and train together?! You will receive individualised feedback on your workouts whilst following an exciting group programme with others.

2 Functional Strength Sessions per week

This programme is based on what is typically deemed functional training in today's fitness industry.

8-Week Spring Strength - Traditional

2 Traditional Strength Sessions per week

This is based on more traditional strength training and body building lifts.

8-Week Spring Cardio

2 Cardio/Metcon based sessions per week

8-Week Spring Oly Lifting

2 Olympic Weightlifting sessions per week

Entry to Be Strong Weightlifting Club sessions over the 8 weeks for £5 per session

8-Week Spring Rowing/Ski Erg

2 Indoor Rowing or Ski Erg sessions per week

All Programmes Include:

  • Online peer support network

  • Online group feedback including technique advice and videos

  • Choose which days you train on each week

  • One 8-Week Programme £40 per person

  • One 8-Week Programme including 2 x 1-2-1 sessions £80 per person
