We as humans think that we can just walk and run without problem because we are bipedal mammals yet, we live in a culture where we sit down a lot and do not use our body as it were designed. This means we get into poor movement patterns without realising. When running, if we pound the floor, step-after-step with poor movement, it's no wonder we end up with niggles and injuries.

 

Add to that the notion that if we don't feel tired at the end of a workout then we weren't working out hard enough, or that to get a PB surely we must just need to push the body harder?!
